By collectively inviting our respective agency-favorite writers and journalists to join us, we ensure that our usual crowd gets their hands on the latest samples, but we also get a few fresh eyes on client products as well.

Countdown To The Show:

• Register for the event and talk with us if the event is a good fit for you and your clients.

• Commit the brands that suit the show and will benefit from attending.

• Add the names of appropriate media not yet invited to the show or request outlets not yet added.

• Follow up with the listed media and place requests in the meeting page. For those of you with standing relationships, you can reach out directly to book at time. When connecting with new people, place a meeting request and await their response to confirm. 

• Bring the samples you want to show off that may not already be at OMA. Coordinate with the brand’s sales rep / event contact for shipping logistics. 

• Arrive the Tuesday before the event to ensure your client’s set up is ready for the show. Then join us afterwards for a kick off event that evening.

• Do what you do best for a long Day 1 and a shorter Day 2.
